Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 4, 2026
The short version
Authr processes identity data on behalf of enterprise customers. For that data, we are a processor: your employer or the company whose product you signed into is the controller, and their privacy policy governs. We use it only to provide the service, we never sell it, and we never use customer identity data to train models or build advertising profiles.
This policy covers the data Authr collects directly — from visitors to this website, demo requests, and event registrations.
What we collect on this site
When you book a demo we collect your name, work email, company, role, and the context you choose to share about your identity stack. We use it to prepare and run your demo, and to follow up about Authr. That's the whole list.
Our website analytics are aggregate and cookieless. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Where data lives
Customer identity data is stored in the cell and region your contract pins it to, and never leaves that residency boundary — including for support and failover. Website and demo-request data is processed in the United States and the European Union under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data Processing Addendum
Every enterprise agreement includes our standard DPA, incorporating SCCs, our subprocessor list, and our security exhibit. Prospective customers can request the current DPA template through their account team or at privacy@authr.com.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of the personal data Authr holds about you by writing to privacy@authr.com. If your data came to us through an Authr customer, we'll route your request to them — as the controller, the decision is theirs, but we make the path fast.
EU and UK residents may also contact our appointed representatives, and lodge complaints with their supervisory authority. Details are available on request.
