Terms of Service

Last updated: January 15, 2026

1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of authr.com and related public web properties. Use of the Authr platform itself is governed by an enterprise agreement negotiated with your organization — the Master Service Agreement, the Data Processing Addendum, and the applicable order form. Where those documents conflict with this page, they win.

2. The service, briefly

Authr provides enterprise identity infrastructure: authentication, authorization, provisioning, and audit services delivered as managed infrastructure. Service levels, including our 99.999% uptime SLA, are contractual commitments defined in each customer's agreement — not marketing copy, and not modified by anything on this website.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems that aren't yours — with one welcome exception: security research within the published scope of our responsible disclosure program is authorized, encouraged, and paid.

4. Intellectual property

The Authr name, the keyhole mark, and the content of this site belong to Authr Technologies. Customer names and marks appearing on this site are used with their permission and belong to their respective owners.

5. Disclaimers and liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Authr disclaims implied warranties for the website, and our aggregate liability arising from website use is limited to one hundred dollars. Platform warranties, indemnities, and liability terms live in the enterprise agreement, where both sides negotiated them properly.
